The workplace of Christ followers is real clear. If you’re a carpenter, your workplace is a construction zone. If you’re a doctor, your workplace is a hospital. What’s the workplace of Christ followers? Paul tells us in Ephesians 3 that “His intent was that now through the church…” The workplace of Christ followers is the church. This is where He’s put us as different parts, with different gifts, so we can work together. God never made us to be lone ranger Christians out there working. God made us to be in the church where all of our gifts can work together as Christ followers. Paul writes, “Now through the church the manifold wisdom of God should be made known.” So, bottom line–be a part of God’s plan and be active in a local Bible believing church and see God things happen!
