Dr. Ronald Bouthillette, Lead Pastor

In 1970, at the age of 20, my high school best friend told me that God was interested in me personally. This person seemed to have a real connection with God and got me thinking seriously about who Jesus was.

My friend invited me to church. The church was different. It was full of young people, had upbeat music and the sermons were practical and taught right out of the Bible. It was very "real", not religious.

After some soul searching, I decided to make a life long decision; to become a follower of Jesus Christ. [Full Bio]

Pierre Willems, Teaching Pastor

Pierre is currently a student at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He serves THE BRIDGE as a student intern and teaching Pastor.

Pierre and Deana have four children: Marie, Cherie, Luc and Micah and live in Wilton.

Pierre was a pastor at Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Milford, NH. He was also an assistant pastor at Merrimack Valley Baptist Church in Merrimack.

He received his pre-law Bachelor's degree at Pensacola Christian College and a Master's Degree at Pensacola Theological Seminary.

Lisa Ikerd, Director of Creative Arts

Lisa assists the senior pastor with administering and developing the Creative Arts Ministry of The Bridge Community Church.

This includes recruiting, training and leading a varied ministry of creative arts. To ensure that worship continues to grow in scope and excellence, in harmony with the church's vision statement. [Full Bio]

Steve Knight, Director of Media and Technology

The Director of Media and Technology assists the lead pastor with administering and developing the Media Ministry, web presence and all technology used in The Bridge Community Church.
